Our shipping charges are based on package weight, size, and distance shipped. We provide free shipping for all US orders over $75 via USPS, UPS, or FedEx Ground — which ever carrier provides the fastest delivery for your region.(approx. 2-5 business days).
If you are interested in overnight shipping for a particular item, please contact us at support@myhollywoodpets.com to verify that the order can be filled in time.
Note: We reserve the right to ship parts of your order separately in order to ensure that each item arrives on time and undamaged. Most packages are trackable via the individual carrier’s websites.
The $5.95 promotional shipping rates are only valid within the Continental United States. This promotional offer may be modified or terminated at any time without notice. The flat shipping rate is not provided for international orders in any way at this time.
Products are generally shipped within 48 hours of your order, and will reach you within 2-5 business days of shipment. If you have any questions about a package we have shipped to you, please email us at support@myhollywoodpets.com, so that we can track your package.

International Shipping Restrictions
Purchases from MyHollywoodPets.com may be shipped within the U.S. only.
Business Days are Monday through Friday (excluding federal holidays) in the United States.
Our processing time to ship ranges between 24 hours (in-stock items only) and 2-5 days (custom orders).
We strive to exceed your expectations with every product you receive. My Hollywood Pets offers a 15-day money back guarantee on all products.
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us to fill out a request form, and we will send you an RMA and instructions on how to send the item(s) back.
For Returns, the Item Must Meet the Following Qualifications:
1. All returned merchandise must be in new condition.
2. Item must be received by My Hollywood Pets within 15 days of receipt at the destination address.
3. Do not send the item back to the return address. YOU MUST CONTACT US FIRST AS A RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RMA) IS REQUIRED. We reserve the right to refuse any shipments without a clearly written RMA number. We do not accept postage-due items.
4. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
5. Items under Carriers returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
6. A 30% restocking fee will be charged for returned personalized products.
7. For returns or exchanges, any shipping charges is the responsibility of the buyer.
8. Items marked as “Clearance” are not exchangeable nor refundable.
Once an order has been confirmed delivered to the customer, the items are the personal property of that customer. If it is your preference to return an item for exchange or store credit we suggest the package is sent with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes.
If for some reason you desire to cancel your order, you must notify us within 4 hours of placing the order.
Do not return the merchandise without contacting us. Please save the item, box and all of the original packing supplies and contact us within 24 hours of delivery for instructions. We will file a claim with our shipping company and send a replacement as soon as we obtain a claim approval number, usually within 48-72 hours. If you require immediate replacement, we will charge your credit card for the second shipment and offer a refund once our shipping company has made a determination regarding the first shipment.
Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of package to advise us of the incorrect items.
How Do I Change My Order?
If you have already completed an order and wish to add an additional item or otherwise change your order, you will need to cancel your initial order and place a new order. Customer Service may be able to fulfill your request depending on your order’s production status. Please contact Customer Service with your order number and the product number of the item you wish to alter or add.
I Have Not Received My Order, What Can I Do?
If your order has been in production or transit for longer than the stated transit or production time, feel free to contact us for further assistance.
Our corporate office is in California. Orders shipping within California are subject to sales tax. Tax amounts are based on the current tax rate for the county/state the order is shipped.
What Payment Methods are Accepted?
We currently offer payment via Paypal. Credit cards such as American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa are all accepted by Paypal.

For Pet T-Shirts:
For best results, we request that you send a high resolution digital image of the photo. Unless otherwise specified in the email, we will crop your image to center the subject.
For Human T-Shirts:
The images you upload will be converted to 150 ppi (pixels per inch). This means every 150 pixels in your image will become 1 inch when printed. For example, if you submit a 1200 pixel by 1500 pixel image for an apparel product, it will be printed at 8” by 10”.
PPI (Pixels Per Inch): 150ppi
Recommended pixel dimensions:
- Pocket: 600 × 600 pixels = 4″ × 4″
- Horizontal: 1500 × 1200 pixels = 10″ × 8″
- Vertical: 1200 × 1500 pixels = 8″ × 10″
We support images in JPEG, GIF, TIFF, and PNG formats. All formats will produce great quality products as long as the resolution meets or exceeds our recommendations.
JPEG: The JPEG format supports millions of colors, which allows for great design flexibility. The JPEG format compresses the image information, keeping the file size small and reducing the upload time. Most digital cameras can save their images in JPEG format.
PNG: PNG is a completely lossless compression format. Most graphic design programs (e.g. Photoshop) can create PNG images. With the PNG format, full alpha transparency is supported.
GIF and TIFF: images are also supported, however, please make sure the quality of your image is high enough for printing on a product

If the content is not appropriate for viewing by children, then it’s not appropriate to create on Myhollywoodpets.com. That means no nudity, period. No violence. No sexual connotations. No derogatory references about religion, race, national origin, sexual orientation, or physical/mental handicaps.
