General Shipping Policy
Our shipping charges are based on package weight, size, and distance shipped. We provide free shipping for all US orders over $30 via USPS, UPS, or FedEx Ground—which ever carrier provides the fastest delivery for your region.(approx. 5-10 business days). We also offer USPS Express Mail International (EMS) and Priority Mail services. To preview the shipping charges, enter the items you want to order into your shopping cart. When you’re done, go to “check out”. Enter your shipping information, then click on “continue to next step. This will display all available shipping costs.

The items in your order may arrive in different shipments. Depending on the type, quantity and weight of items in your order, we may pack and ship them in different packages to ensure that they arrive on time and undamaged. Most packages are trackable via the carriers’ websites.

International Shipping Restrictions
Purchases from MyHollywoodPets.com may be shipped within the U.S., Canada, United Kingdom, and Japan only. Our prices do not include duties or value-added taxes. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed for them by the local Customs office. Please keep this in mind when shipping a product to a different destination than the billing address.

Business Days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States.


Shipping Time

Due to the large variety of in-stock, and custom ordered merchandise our shipping time may vary between shipping within 48 hours for in-stock items and 1-2 weeks for custom ordered pieces.

Overnight shipping is only available for non-custom items which are currently in-stock. In order to determine that an item is available for overnight shipping, please contact us at support@myhollywoodpets.com to verify that the order can be filled in time.


Return and Exchange Policy

We strive to exceed your expectations with every product you receive. My Hollywood Pets Inc. offers a 15-day money back guarantee on all products. For all personalized products, we will charge a 50% restocking fee if you decide to return or exchange it.

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us to fill out a request form, and we will send you an RMA and instructions on how to send the item(s) back.

For Returns, the Item Must Meet the Following Qualifications:

  • All returned merchandise must be in new condition
  • Item must be received within 15 days of receipt
  • Do not send the item back to the return address. YOU MUST CONTACT US FIRST AS A RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RMA) IS REQUIRED. We reserve the right to refuse any shipments without a clearly written RMA number. We do not accept postage-due items.
  • Shipping fees will not be refunded.
  • A 50% restocking fee will be charged for returned personalized products.
  • For returns or exchanges, any shipping charges is the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Items marked as “Clearance” are not exchangeable nor refundable.

Once an order has been confirmed delivered to the customer, the items are the personal property of that customer. If it is your preference to return an item for exchange or store credit we suggest the package is sent with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes.


Cancellations

If for some reason you desire to cancel your order, you must notify us within 4 hours after you placed the order. This timeframe must be met, as most orders are made the same day.


Damaged Orders/Shipments

Do not return the merchandise without contacting us. Please save the item, box and all of the original packing supplies and contact us within 24 hours of delivery for instructions. We will file a claim with our shipping company and send a replacement as soon as we obtain a claim approval number, usually within 48-72 hours. If you require immediate replacement, we will charge your credit card for the second shipment and offer a refund once our shipping company has made a determination regarding the first shipment.


Incorrect Shipments

Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of package to advise us of the incorrect items. We strive to correct this problem as soon as possible.


How Do I Change My Order?

If you have already completed an order and wish to add an additional item or alter your order, you will need to cancel your initial order and place a new order. Customer Service may be able to fulfill your request depending on your order’s status in production. Please contact Customer Service with your order number and the product number of the item you wish to alter/add to ensure accuracy.


I Have Not Received My Order, What Can I Do?

If your order has been in transit or production for longer than the stated transit or production time feel free to contact us for further assistance.


Sales Tax

Our corporate office is in California. Orders shipping within California are subject to sales tax. Tax amounts are based on the current tax rate for the county/state the order is shipped from.


What Payment Methods are Accepted?

We currently offer payment via Google Checkout, Paypal, money order, and cashier’s checks. Credit cards such as American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa are all accepted by Google Checkout and Paypal.

Image Sizes

For Pet T-Shirts:
For best results, we request that you send a high resolution digital image of the photo. Unless otherwise specified in the email, we will crop your image to center the subject.

For Human T-Shirts:
The images you upload will be converted to 150 ppi (pixels per inch) if they aren’t already at this resolution. This means every 150 pixels in your image will become 1 inch when printed. For example, if you submit a 1200 pixel by 1500 pixel image for an apparel product, it will be printed at 8” by 10”.

PPI (Pixels Per Inch): 150ppi Recommended pixel dimensions:

  • Pocket: 600×600 pixels = 4” x 4”
  • Horizontal: 1500×1200 pixels = 10” x 8”
  • Vertical: 1200×1500 pixels = 8” x 10”



Image Formats

We support images in JPEG, GIF, TIFF, and PNG formats. All formats will produce great quality products as long as the resolution meets or exceeds our recommendations.

  • JPEG The JPEG format supports millions of colors, which allows for great design flexibility. The JPEG format compresses the image information, keeping the file size small and reducing the upload time. Most digital cameras can save their images in JPEG format.
  • PNG PNG is a completely lossless compression format. Most graphic design programs (e.g. Photoshop) can create PNG images. With the PNG format, full alpha transparency is supported.
  • GIF and TIFF images are also supported, however, please make sure the quality of your image is high enough for printing on a product



What Content is Acceptable?

If the content is not appropriate for viewing by children, then it’s not appropriate to create on Myhollywoodpets.com. That means no nudity, period. No violence. No sexual connotations. No derogatory references about religion, race, national origin, sexual orientation, or physical/mental handicaps.
